For mgetty users with non-trusted shell logins

Operator can write as where as he wants, so that wouldn't be an issue. 
600 would still cut it. :-)

So i guess my question remains unanswered. But i will now introduce a new
one. Who is responsable for setting such permitions when the user logs
out?
