two vgetty questions...

I jus setup vgetty on my SPARC under SunOS..

I've not tested reception of messages yet but I cannot seem to record a message
with the microphone...

I try..

zplay -m -r filename

(how do you stop the recording? C-c?)

and when I try and playback filename with zplay -s filename I get garbage on modems speaker.

Also, when using dp having run [vm]getty my modem appears to be in the
wrong mode because it will not connect to the other ends modem.
