Yes, I know all this. Yes, we had this discussion quite a while ago.

But: Usenet netiquette demands that everyone reads a newsgroup for some
time *before* posting. If everybody had done this, he would have noticed
that the majority of the postings is English...

Well, it's "easy": do a RfD and CfV in the news.groups newsgroup, get
enough vote, create a comp.* newsgroup. alt.* is a lot easier and faster,
but isn't propagated far enough (IMHO).

Harald found it by now, and I copied it over to ftp.leo.org into
/pub/comp/networking/communication/modem/creatix/*
