Interesting. What I though to have heard was that you were allowed to do
that if the company didn't co-operate with you when you would want to
write an interface. And when Rockwell offers you the specs with a non-disclosure
agreement, they are willing to cooperate...

But I'm not a lawyer (#include <std/disclaimer.h> etc...).
