rfax-0.2 released

Version 0.2 of the 'rfax' network front-end for mgetty+sendfax has just
been put in linux.nrao.edu:/pub/src/rfax.  I've not had a tremendous
amount of free time of late, so the protocol overhaul needed for sending
multiple files and/or input via a pipe is barely started.  One new
feature has been added: the '-f' switch tells the server to run any
as-yet unsent jobs in the queue.  Honoring of this option can be
disabled in the server, if desired.

I've included TeX and PostScript copies of documentation for 'rfax'.  I
have not yet done any documentation for 'in.rfaxd', nor have I written
man-pages for either.  (The only reason that 'rfax' was documented was
because my boss inflicted it on me when he realized that 'rfax' would be
very useful within our organization and so he wanted documentation for
our user base.)
