Printing g3 files to a postscript printer

I have used both pbmplus and netpbm, and giftrans as well.  I built
them all from the sources.  I think a lot of the trouble people are
having stems from getting binaries instead of sources, and then
installing them into a system that is not quite the same as the system
they were bilt for.
