Then either the sending program, or the sending modem do "something
weird", or your modem has a firmware bug. There is nothing mgetty can do
about it - the modem states "I CANNOT TALK TO THIS" and that's it.
Maybe you could ask the manufacturer whether there is a more recent ROM
version available.
