sendfax does not send fax

Dear friends,

I currently installed mgetty+sendfax.

I am running a chell script from cron everynight. This programs
checks certain files and if it can not find it it prepares a fax
with faxspool program. ALso faxrunq program runs from cron every 20
minutes. Every morning I check faxes with faxq -o -v. Report says that
jobs was send succesfully. , but I controlled, NOONE GETS THE FAX.
I also controled /var/spool/fax/outgoing directory. As you know there are
directories for each job. In each directory there is as 3 files.
      1- JOB.* (there is a report thay says successfull send)
      2- f1.g3 (g3 file format of sended fax)
      3- filename01 (file name of the file I want to send, and 01 is added
                     to filename)

I checked for the faxes that I am sure. there is not any file with filename01
in jobs directory. Everything seems OK. But I can not send any fax. please
help me
