Oh my. What a crappy design. But it's a WARNING only, so it shouldn't
matter. (I'm also missing CTS, but some modem lower it while in command
mode, so this *might* be correct -- it might as well hint at a driver bug
concerning the TIOCMGET ioctl()).

TIOCMBIC - "Terminal I/O Control Modem BIt Clear" - is used to lower the
DTR line. It should not fail, the code works fine on Linux' normal serial
ports.
I'd say the Cyclades driver has a severe bug here.
