faxrunqd as contained in the mgetty 1.0 and 1.1 distributions is
*obsolete*. It has bugs, it is very complicated without the need to be,
and doesn't work on various platforms.
I am currently busy doing a complete rewrite from scratch (I'm lucky, I
work for a company that *pays* me to do this :-) ) and I'll release it
when I'm finished.
Right now, queue walking, process creation and "children harvesting" works
as expected, but job handling and tty distribution is still quite dumb.
