Q: wtmp entry for received FAX ?

Actually, there is no support for it even in the very latest versions
(partly because utmp handling is *difficult*), but as we have it for
"dialout", adding "fax" is not so much more work, I'd say.

I've put it into "TODO" and will take a close look when I find time. I
like the idea -- one can, for example, have the remote fax id in the
"host" field, and see with one glance *who* sent the fax.
