Q: wtmp entry for received FAX ?

*Done*.

Actually, it wasn't quite that easy, because while that stuff belongs
in "faxrec.o", this module is linked in by mgetty *and* sendfax, and the
latter doesn't have the UTMP handling linked in... 

... so I did some cleanup and moved the low level fax reception parts to
"faxrecp.c" :)
