vgetty upgrade

Recently, I did many changes to vgetty. I made a diff set from
mgetty-1.1.20 to the vgetty-current (INCLUDING the called-id
patches). The version works with my ZyXEL 2864I in all modes
(fax, modem, voice) and includes MSN discrimination (one number
for voicemail, one for fax/modem, etc).

It runs since a few days with no problems.

At this time there is no changelog (since I didn't figure it out
yet ...) however the changes are mainly bug fixes and support
for new modems.

That would be nice if people could try it and report to me
success or failure with detailed modem configuration and if
their modem was working with mgetty-1.1.20

select the .bz2 or the .gz file at your option and apply the patch.
