Callback losed my number

This is not (yet) supported, everything entered is considered as one
number.  I might change this, if there is demand for it.

Good.  Glad to hear that.

Actually, callback is loosing here - mgetty is getting the login name plus
CR, and starting callback.  In the input buffer, there's a leftover LF,
which callback reads as "end-of-line" character, creating an empty
telephone number string.

I will fix that.
