So the archives (or the archiving software or your browser) should be
fixed.  Klaus is using the method recommended in RFC-1808 and used in
many other RFCs.  Here is some standard boilerplate that is included
in many of them...

   Request For Comments (RFC) documents are available from
   <URL:ftp://ftp.internic.net/rfc> and numerous mirror sites.
