Problem with PPP configuration server

According to server PPP configuration at the URL :

I have Redhat 5.1 on my server 
ppp 2.2.0
kernel 2.0.34
pppd 2.3.3


I configure my PPP server and when I try to get through with win95 I have
these messages in the logs:
