Well, so where is your problem?

If the implied question above is "can this work", the answer is "yes".

If the implied question is "do I need vgetty for it", the answer is "no" 
(but you need mgetty 1.1.20 for the cnd-program feature).

Maybe you should ask some questions?  This will certainly ease the
answering.
