Restrict login through callback, not dial-in by mgetty?

Please consult the docs to the mgetty version you already have, or ask any
WWW search engine...!

The URL is ftp://alpha.greenie.net/pub/mgetty/, but there are lots of
mirrors all over the place, and it's not *that* hard to find.

(BTW: the WWW address is in the header of ALL my e-mails).
