converting wav's to rmd's for mgetty

... which is a problem that has only recently be nailed down.  Thus it's
not yet covered in the FAQ, and occasionally someone trips over it.

Would you volunteer to write up a few sentences about the problem that
could be included in the mgetty FAQ?
