Where are the LEO archives?

I'm going through the documentation for setting up mgetty/vgetty on my
linux machine, and it indicates that vgetty is included in an mgetty beta,
but the archive seems to have been moved.  Where's it at?

BTW:
If praise were money, you'd all be rich!  I've been able to follow the
documentation for mgetty, which is all too rare, especially with a topic
so complex.  Of course I have yet to compile and install and test and all
of that, but I thought I'd mention it.
