AT#VTX ERROR

Its me once again.  I'm getting the following errors when trying to
playback a file recorded with vm. 
02/28 18:53:52   voice command: 'AT#VTX' -> 'CONNECT'
02/28 18:53:52    vm: AT#VTX
02/28 18:53:52    Rockwell: ERROR
02/28 18:53:52  vm: Modem returned ERROR
02/28 18:53:52  vm: start_play_file command failed
02/28 18:53:52    vm: queued event RESET_
I have a redhat linux 5.1, with a zoltrix modem.  I'm going to see if
Zoltrix support might have any ideas.
