1.1.14 is out

Hi,

1.1.13 had a stupid bug in mksed.c, resulting in a "sedscript" with an
extra "\" in the last line - some shells accepted it, others complained,
and I didn't notice it on my system...

A few other minor compilation warnings were fixed, but nothing serious.

You'll find 1.1.14 on ftp.leo.org, as usual, and on alpha.greenie.net in
/pub/mgetty/source/1.1/


While at it: could everybody that runs a mirror of the mgetty stuff please
contact me? I'd like to put up a list of mgetty mirrors on the FTP/WWW
site to distribute the load (only if you're willing to accept it)...
