RING when turning modem off.

:-)
If i shut down my LinuX server (with mgetty and an ELSA 56 modem),
then the modem open the telephone line for a short time (2 secunds).

PS: thanks for warnings Gert, i have give back the USR Message Plus and
    now works this ELSA. It works at the first go, very fine.
