Status of USR Doc conversion (was Re: New vgetty release)

The obvious remaining solution is to write the word file out as plain
ascii text, and then reformat it using LaTeX (portable anywhere), and
then run latex2html to webify it.  The LaTeX file will also generate
excellent hardcopy.  This is actually the best way to do it; I just
thought ha the RTF approach might be easier -- stupid me!
