Problem with sending fax (USR Courier)

This is a really weird effect.

I *have* seen this before, but I wasn't really sure when it happened.
Please set "ignore-carrier yes" in sendfax.config, this is definitely
needed for USR modems.

If you want to use voice, or faxrunqd, you might consider upgrading to
1.1.14.  Otherwise, 1.1.12 is fine.
