Hmmm, it could be the "wrong page width" problem.
Could you please try to filter all G3 pages through:
g3topbm old.g3 |pbm2g3 >new.g3
before sending them? Just for a test - this could very well be the cause
of the problem.

I use ZyXEL 1496's, an USR Courier, ZyXEL 2864 and 2864DI, ELSA 28.8 TQV,
an old Zoom 28.8 (junk), and two PCMCIA modems...
But my favourite is still the old ZyXEL 1496.

Btw, I'd appreciate if you could run your mirror at some time between 3:00
a.m. and 6:00 a.m. local time (2 hrs before GMT) -- at that time, the
lines are really idle over here, and during the day time, bandwidth is
more expensive. Thanks!
