USR Sporster problem solved

I have posted several messages talking about the well known USR problem.
All the answers were about an USR bug. Two days ago I tried to send a
fax with mgetty1.1.12 on my sparc10 Solaris2.5.1 with USR Sportster
Flash 33600 and this was the log file briefly:

This is the well known problem with mgetty and USR Sportster. But I
tried to do another thing. I installed Hylafax v4.0 pl1 on my machine
and I configured all the things for my modem and I fixed as CLASS 2.0,
the same class I fixed with mgetty and this was the log file:

As you can see, Hylafax is working with Class2.0 and the fax was sent
without problems to the same fax machine that mgetty couldn't. I know
that the AT+FIS was different for the two programs but it was the same
input tiff file for mgetty and Hylafax. Where is then the problem??
Is this a USR bug or mgetty bug?????
I repeated this test with the same result.
