faxing from vgetty/vm script?

What is included in the latest mvm:
   - ability to queue a fax (ie user selects the FAXSERVER menu, then
     gives his number and the fax is queued to sendfax for later
     delivery)
   - ability for the user to send a fax after mvm (this is being
     worked on, this will be useful e.g. for fax filtering or
     for fax relaying)

It is not possible, currently, to _send_ a fax while in mvm.
