Zyxel Omni TA 128 U

I am planning to move soon, and I have decided to upgrade to ISDN.
Since I run a server that is connected 24 hours 7 days a week, I pay
for bandwidth available. Current traffic does not justify 128 KBPS,
so I am going with a 64 KBPS connection. The Zyxel Omni TA 128 U
privides 2 B channels on seperate RS-232 ports, along with a single
analog channel in the mode I plan to use. See:

   http://www.zyxel.com/html/prodguide/datasheets/isdntas/ota128_ds.html

for details on this device.

My question concerns using the second B channel under mgetty control
to support dial-in ISDN at 64 KBPS. The primary B channel will be
under control of ppp and the connection will be established by dip. I
am running Linux 2.0.29 on Intel. Has anybody used the TA-128 this
way with mgetty before?

I also plan to use a USR courrier to handle the analog port on the
secondary channel, also under mgetty control. The USR will be plugged
into a different RS-232 port than either B channel of the TA-128.

Does this sound like a workable setup. Has anybody done this sort of
thing before? Thanks.

BTW The modem shop has both good prices and good stock on Zyxel and
other modems. They ship anywhere.
