Dear All,

I've just got a Commodore Talkmaster 288VFe voice/fax/data external modem.
>>From what I can gather it uses the Rockwell VCR288DPi chipset, like some
Boca and Creatix modems.

I've added an ATI6 line of "VCR288DPi Rev 05BA" to libvoice/detect.c and
it's working now.

Only problem is...

When I have no outgoing message, it beeps at the incoming caller (as I'd
expect) and then records incoming message. When I copy that message to
the outgoing message, the modem issues a string of OK's when it's playing
it, resulting in unexpected bytes received.

I have put up a log file for anyone intested at
http://www.ed.ac.uk/~kenny/vgetty.log

Kenny.
