sendfax and headers

	I'm having trouble with sendfax from the 0.98 distribution
running under Linux.  When I send FAXes, the header does not get
transmitted.  It's definitely in the G3 images (I can see it with
viewfax), but it doesn't print on the remote FAX.  I tried moving
the header way down the page (as in 3 or 4 inches down), and it still
doesn't show up.  Everything else comes through without any trouble.
Does anybody have an idea of what's going on here?  I've tried several
different FAX machines, both plain paper and thermal, and two FAXmodems.
This really doesn't make any sense...
