sendfax and headers

Hi,
I assume you're using "pbmplus'" g3topbm, which will create broken G3
data. The receiving fax will assume a line transmission problem, and just
wait for the correct data on the page itself.
Check by calling "g3topbm -v", my g3topbm should report:
g3topbm: illegal option -- v
usage: g3topbm [-l|-r|-n/f|-d <dpi>|-t] [g3 file]
If a different message is seen, you're using the wrong g3topbm.
