Handshake-error with sendfax

There are a couple of dumb modems that don't send the initial Xon,
you can try to work around this by recompiling sendfax and setting
"CFLAGS=-DFAXSEND_NO_XON" in Makefile before (see "faxsend.c" for details).

This is fairly weird, yes. Please try with the mentioned define.
