Problem with mgetty 1.1.5

Hi all,

I'm having a slight problem with mgetty and minicom. I have mgetty
running on my modem on cua3 along with diald. When the modem isn't in
use, and I try to use minicom as root, I believe that mgetty keeps
sending the following command over and over to the modem at
about 5 second intervals, preventing any connections:

ATQ0V1H0

This will continue until I either quit minicom or kill mgetty. Does
anyone know how I can stop this?
