It seems that vm does not set the flow control or the speed on the
serial port.

I have my serial port set to spd_vhi under Linux, thus if someone
opens it with 38.4kbps it is set to 115kbps. No problem with
mvm/vgetty; but vm does not like it.

Setting spd_normal helps.
