AutoPPP login.config : Permission denied

Hello again...
This problem disappeared when I changed my my mgetty version from
1.1.5 to 1.0.0. AutoPPP login now works fine. So I suppose the
problem should be considered a bug report for the experimental release.
BTW for the record, my /usr/local filesystem is local, not NFS.
