 In all programs using my tio.c module, you can just tell the programs to
 use 115200 bps, and you won't need the "spd_vhi" kludge (which will go
 away some day anyway, or at least that's what I hope).

So if I am using mgetty (in Linux), I do not have to do 
	setserial spd_vhi
in rc.serial (as it is recommended in SErial.HOWTO)?
