default login

Hello,

i have defined a different login programm for one user. If this user 
fails with his first attempt to login, for example by mistyping his 
name, then the default login programm /bin/login is used. From now he 
has only two more attempts to login, but the login programm defined 
for him in login.conf is no longer used. Mgetty choses the login 
programm only the first time and after this is done his job is finished.
I only see the possibillity to use the users login programm as default
to deal with this. Any suggestions?
