straw poll: diffs yes/no?

Hi,

I finally came around to tricking my "make" file into automagically
creating not only "tar" files but also unified diff files for new
versions.

I could have the "make beta" process send these diffs directly to the
mgetty mailing list -- but on the other hand, sometimes these diffs are
*largish* (20kbytes, 50kbytes), so not everybody may accept this.

For this reason, please lets discuss this here. Would you prefer having
diffs by mail (and ftp), or only by ftp on ftp.leo.org?
