straw poll: diffs yes/no?

Well, the overwhelming majority (8 votes to 1) opted for "please do not
send it to the list, ftp is better", and I think they are right. This way,
the bandwidth is only "wasted" if people actually *want* the diff. Not
everybody wants to upgrade to every single new release.

I *think* I might auto-post it to the mgetty newsgroup
(de.alt.comm.mgetty), though. :)
