I'm the other author of PalMail. There hasn't been much futher
development in the last months, because I didn't have much time to
work on it (diploma thesis, new job, etc...).
However I've adapted it to work with the newer versions of TCL/TK (no
TclX needed anymore). This version is not released yet and still needs
some testing with the new mgetty-release. I'll try to do it in the
next days or weeks.
