Prestige 128

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask for, excuse me if it is wrong and guide me please to the right 
place.

I use ZyXEL TA128 for dial in to my ISP. They are connected via RocketPort comports. Here I can setup 
mgetty & ppp. 

Now ZyXEL suggested me to use Prestige 128, because they are connected via the Ethernet LAN and 
so much faster.

Can anybody tell me how I can use the Prestige 128 with ppp on an Linux 2.0 environment?
