mgetty u. Signal 15 ?

I made this entry for mgetty in /etc/inittab:

 S1:23:respawn:/usr/sbin/mgetty -s 57600 /dev/ttyS1

It does well with the next try, o.k., so I will ignore these
lines with "I/O Error".

Oh, I forgot to specify the facts: mgetty-1.1.6, Linux 2.0.30, i586,
Zyxel Elite 2864 ID.
