Actually, I don't like this. Why? It will take up twice the disk space, a
"delete this fax" operation will have to operate on G3 and GIF data files,
etc. -- hold data only once, and keep it in G3 format (so that other
viewing/manipulation tools can still work).

AFAIK, Netscape 3.x and 4.x can *not* do PNG. Dunno about MS Internet
