mgetty and dailing out

Hi,

it's all in the manual... make sure that your programs obey the uucp
locking convention, and if it still doesn't work, give an *EXACT
DESCRIPTION* of the things that break.

"I cannot access /dev/ttyS1 anymore" can be caused by about 30 different 
problems, and with no description (like an error message, or the name 
of the program you used) it's absolutely impossible to give advice.
