vgetty -> Zyxel I2864 does not detect dtmf while waiting

Infact, saying "AUTOSTOP ON" to vgetty from the voice script will
just enable recording or playing stopping. DTMF detection is, to
my knowledge, automatic on the ZyXEL 2864I using the default settinhs.

Nothing of this is needed.

I suggest he installs mvm and the supplied voice.conf and sees what
happens. I also suggest using 1.1.20 + the global patch
