New patch set for vgetty

Hi,

a new patch set for vgetty, including many new changes, is available
at http://www-internal.alphanet.ch/~schaefer/vgetty.html. The patches
are the all-changes patch file (which will all be in 1.1.21 if/when
this goes out), including one single yet ``non standard'' patch to
allow ISDN subaddress to work (ie: be ignored) on ZyXEL 2864.

In the global patch directory, there is also a separate called-ID
patch along with some examples. Look in the FAQ and in
mvm for more details.
