vgetty fails to switch to data ... new twist

More subtle issue is that voice/fax/data + FCLASS=0 patch +
force_autodetect=true (!) also fails to receive fax.
Could somebody check, if this is universal, or is only my modem problem ?
I suspect this is general problem, and the reason is that when in this
case program reaches autodetect mode THE FAX TONE ALREADY PASSED !
So with +FCLASS=0 (i.e not in fax state ??) there is nothing
incoming anymore to put it in the fax state.

PS. If my guess is right, voice/data/fax sequence may work. Will check it
today.
