Heavy overkill if you want to do fax only.  Cnd-program is a bit clumsy,
but better up to that job (and you get added bells and whistles :-) ).

It works fine for me with the basic 2864DI firmware, you just have to
set a bit in one of the S-registers (forgot which one, but it's in the
online help) that tells the modem that it is supposed to RING for every
incoming call, regardless of the number.
