Thanks to me, BTW. Starbuck contained the ancient 1.1.14, and if I
didn't raise it to your and their attention, it would remain in the
final release. IMHO, mgetty is too important to supply an obsolete
one.

and still expensive. When people tell me they love Linux because it
is cheap, I reply that I love Linux although it is very expensive.
When you choose Linux, you are forced to buy specific hardware
peripherals, sometimes expensive by a factor of 10 (!) than the low
end Windows-ready stuff, and then to spend a lot of expensive time
to install and configure it. But it deserves the money and the time
of course.
While ISDN cards for Windows are free in Israel (unless you are not
a customer of an ISP), these specific modems cost $700-$800, and
this price even excludes 17% VAT. In this price you can buy a new
computer :-)
